This is a November 30th, 1985 car of the pre-series, model year 1986. The car was sold from the factory to the manager of the Turku-area SAAB-dealer, from who Juha bought it several years ago. The car has been converted to a slant nose at the factory (possibly to test or promote the facelift), see also the lower photo, and Juha changed it back to its original shape when he restored it few years ago, see upper photo. – My appreciation goes out to Vesa Pohjalainen for leading me to this car and establishing contact with Juha.
